Payments are accepted via Paypal.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account, as long as you have a credit or debit card you can send a payment without an account.

Shipping and Returns


Most of our products are shipped via Royal Mail. In the case of larger items we will ship via courier – usually on a next day service. All items are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We aim to process all orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Please note that personalised items will take longer to process if your details are not supplied to us when placing your order.

We will contact you via email when your item is shipped. Should there be any delay with your order we will contact you immediately and give you the opportunity to alter your order or request a refund.


We are sure you are going to love your new item but we realise that sometimes things go wrong, after all we are only human and mistakes happen.

If you change your mind and decide to return your item we will refund you the cost of the product minus postage. Returned items must be in tip top condition to receive a refund.

If there is an error with your product we will give you the choice of a replacement or a refund – you must return your faulty item to us in order for us to assess what went wrong, no refund or replacement can be made for items not returned.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, please check your spelling when informing us of your details to be personalised.
